John Salazar). <br />Welcome <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Chairperson Michelle Pierce. <br />Rnll Call <br />Following roll call, it was declared the group was three persons short of a quorum. Eventually, <br />however, 26 members had arrived and a quorum was declared present. <br />Approve Agenda <br />Ralph Grover made a motion to approve the Agenda for the meeting. Frank Kugel seconded, and <br />the motion passed unanimously. <br />Approve September 10, 2007 Minutes and October 1, 2007 Minutes <br />Greg Clifton made a motion to accept the minutes of both the meetings. Hank Hotze suggested that <br />the reference in the September minutes regarding a presentation given that included Denver <br />University, which was misleading. It should include Chancellor Ritchie from University of Denver. <br />Phil Harris should be listed as the CEO for CH2MHill, and it should be Harris Sherman, not <br />Hamilton Sherman who introduced the two. Pete Kasper then seconded to accept the motion with <br />the changes, and the motion passed unanimously. <br />Dennis Steckel added that he had abstained from the vote due to his absence. <br />2 <br />
