John Salazar). Welcome The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Chairperson Michelle Pierce. Rnll Call Following roll call, it was declared the group was three persons short of a quorum. Eventually, however, 26 members had arrived and a quorum was declared present. Approve Agenda Ralph Grover made a motion to approve the Agenda for the meeting. Frank Kugel seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. Approve September 10, 2007 Minutes and October 1, 2007 Minutes Greg Clifton made a motion to accept the minutes of both the meetings. Hank Hotze suggested that the reference in the September minutes regarding a presentation given that included Denver University, which was misleading. It should include Chancellor Ritchie from University of Denver. Phil Harris should be listed as the CEO for CH2MHill, and it should be Harris Sherman, not Hamilton Sherman who introduced the two. Pete Kasper then seconded to accept the motion with the changes, and the motion passed unanimously. Dennis Steckel added that he had abstained from the vote due to his absence. 2
