A final rep0l1 will be <br />completed two weeks from the time of receipt of comments. <br /> <br />Matching Funds and In-Kind Contributions <br /> <br />The Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District has expended over $500,000 to date to <br />develop the Rotational Land Fallowing-Water Leasing program and Lower Valley Super Ditch Company, <br />and will continue to expend funds for that purpose to address the organizational and operational issues of <br />the Super Ditch Company. In addition, the Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District in <br />cooperation with potential lessors, lessees and ditch companies wiil provide matching funds and/or in-kind <br />contributions sufficient to complete the Scope of Work included in this Roundtable Request ($68,735). <br /> <br />6. Water Availability and Sustainability. This infon11ation is needed to assess the viability and effectiveness of <br />the water project or activity. provide a description of each water supply source to be utilized for, or <br />the water body to be affected by, the water activity. For water supply sources being utilized, describe its <br />location, yield, extent of development, and water right status.
