Upper Y ampa Water Conservancy District agrees to the entry of a decree in this <br />case that is no less restrictive than the draft decree attached to this Stipulation. <br /> <br />2. This stipulation shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors, <br />and assigns. <br /> <br />3.
