<br />5. WISE scoping Tool Population <br />The WISE Scoping Tool was populated based on the available data from both FEMA and the <br />World Wide Web. The base stream data was modified and edited to meet the WISE Scoping <br />Tool specifications. Access to this file will be <br />provided to persons granted access to the MIP for Teller County, CO. <br /> <br />6.
