Arranging HOA audits can be difficult because landscape plans need to be acquired and <br />appointments between HOA representatives, property managers, and irrigation maintenance staff need to be <br />coordinated. <br /> <br />Obstacles Encountered <br />We felt that the process went very smoothly and that we met the challenge of performing quality audits in many <br />municipalities over a wider geography than previously managed. <br /> <br />The program manager oversees daily functioning of the program, manages staff, communicates progress with <br />municipalities and drafts and coordinates publicity. <br />Accomplishments <br />This task was completed. We sent out surveys to city employee contacts and those we received back indicated <br />they were pleased with the level of communication between CRC staff and their office. <br />Obstacles Encountered <br />We did coordinate a lot of publicity for the program, but hope to put more of the onus for this task on the city <br />water conservation office. It would increase the ease and efficiency of managing this part of the audit process. <br /> <br />Amount due: $0 <br />
