<br />EXHIBIT A <br />I TO <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> <br />THE CITY OF CANON CITY, COLORADO, (OWNER) <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />ASSOCIATED DESI~N PROFESSIONALS, INC. (ADP) <br />(Floodplain Delineation Study for Fourmile Creek and Mud Gulch) <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Effective October, 1998 <br /> <br />BASIC SERVICES OF ADP <br /> <br />1.01 ADP shall provide for OWNER professional engineering services referred to in <br />Section 1 of the Agreement. <br /> <br />1.02 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />For purposes of this Exhibit "A" and any other exhibit to this Agreement: <br /> <br />1. "City" means the City of Canon City, Colorado, also called the "Owner" in <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br />2. "Engineer" means Associated Design Professionals, Inc., also called <br />"ADP" in this Agreement. <br /> <br />3. "CWCB" means the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />4. "NRCS" means Natural Resources Conservation Service. <br /> <br />5. The foregoing and all other words and terms used in this Scope of <br />Services shall be as identified and described in the RFP from which the <br />following "Scope of Work" was excerpted. <br /> <br />. The OWNER and the CWCB shall obtain all existing reports, digital computer <br />models, and technical backup information from the NRCS and provide it to the <br />ENGINEER at the onset of the STUDY. The ENGINEER will also be provided <br />digital copies of the topographic mapping used in the NRCS study (ORIGINAL <br />MAPPING) as well as the revised topographic mapping (REVISED MAPPING) for <br />the affected portions of the STUDY REACH. <br /> <br />A-1 <br />
