'- . -<Ie. ~~~ <br /> <br />~;'A'(-::.l'.'~::^', <br /> <br />::. <br /> <br />The majority of calls being received by the EI Paso County EOC were from county residents who <br />had sustained damage to their private roadways to their individual residences. <br /> <br />Mr. Arnie Lavelett made a tour of the damaged areas along Fountain Creek and reported back to <br />the EOC at approximately 1: 15 pm that water levels had not increased in Fountain Creek and :a <br />that sand bagging was taking place in Manitou Springs with the remaining sand bags on hand. Ms. <br />Donna Fair was to have made a tour of the Old Colorado City area to determine the extent of <br />flooding in that area. <br /> <br />At approximately 3 :20 pm confirmation was received that the sand bags obtained from the State <br />EOe had been picked up and were being transported back to EI Paso County. <br /> <br />During the entire time the weather was being monitored however, the storm system was quicklly <br />moving through the county and little additional precipitation was falling. <br /> <br />At 3 :30 pm the EOC was shut down and all other responding agencies were released. I departc:d <br />the EI Paso County EOe and returned to the Pueblo office at approximately 4:30 pm.
