<br />,. <br />ec- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Larimer <br /> <br />County, Colorado, has requested the Colorado Water Conservation <br /> <br />Board to designate and approve the storm and flood water runoff <br /> <br />channels as set forth in the aforesaid Soil Conservation Service <br /> <br />flood information report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said flood <br /> <br />plain information report and does recommend to the Colorado Water <br /> <br />Conservation Board that said Board designate and approve as flood <br /> <br />hazard areas those areas set forth in the report as being subject <br /> <br />to a flood having a recurrence interval of once in a hundred years <br /> <br />~"nder present conditions, and the area that would be flooded by a <br /> <br />e ( ...!ood of a recurrence interval of once in a hundred years under <br /> <br />conditions that will exist upon completion of the proposed structur- <br /> <br />al measures in the Boxelder Creek Water Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br /> <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado. <br /> <br />this 3rd day of June, 1970, that it hereby designates and approves <br /> <br />.. as flood hazard areas those areas described as being inundated by <br /> <br />floods having a recurrence interval of once in a hundred years as <br /> <br />set forth in the Flood Plain Information Report for Boxelder Creek <br /> <br />Watershed, Larimer County, Colorado, prepared by the Soil Conser- <br /> <br />vation Service and dated May 1970; and <br /> <br />e( - <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br /> <br />.iU.. <br />
