Colorado Revised Statutes <br /> <br />1963, provides that such cities, to~ms, incorporated areas and <br /> <br />local jurisdictions shall provide zoning regulations for any storm <br /> <br />or flood water runoff channel only after designation and approval <br /> <br />by the Colorado Water Conservation Board: and <br /> <br />u <br />
