The study area, shown in Figure 1-1, <br />consists of the Fourmile Canyon Creek watershed tributary to Boulder Creek, which encompasses <br />portions of the City of Boulder and parts of Boulder County. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZA TION <br /> <br />1.1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The study is divided into two phases.
