The report shall include conclusions regarding the <br />results of the studies and testing. The report shall also include a discussion on the <br />commercial viability of the results of the investigation, if appropriate. <br /> <br />Data taken during the investigation and used in drawing conclusions and making <br />evaluations shall be contained in a Data Appendix to the final report. For example, if <br />five measurements were made to yield an average value of a variable used in the body <br />of the report to evaluate a performance parameter, all five values shall be given in the <br />appendix, along with an indication of which values were used and how the average was <br />calculated. '2."",(0 ~7 <br /> <br />The final technical report shall be prepared in accordance ~~ the guidelines contained <br />in Section G, herein, entitled "Publication Guidelines." <br /> <br />A final technical report shall be submitted on time. <br /> <br />Publication of final results in a referred technical journal is strongly recommended. <br /> <br />B.2.3 Project Meetings and Reviews <br /> <br />A midterm project review shall be held at the Recipient's site approximately three to six <br />months after the initiation of the project, at a time deemed mutually acceptable by the <br />Grants and Cooperative Agreements Officer's Technical Representative (GCAOTR) and <br />the Recipient. The Recipient shall update Reclamation on the progress of the project <br />and the preliminary results of each work item. This review will provide face-to-face <br />interaction between program participants and opportunity to ensure the project is on <br />target. <br /> <br />Approximately at the time of delivery of the draft final report, the Project Managers shall <br />make a presentation in Denver on the overall progress of the project. This review shall <br />inform Reclamation, and other WDMP teams regarding the progress accomplished <br />during the project and the final results of each work item. cl F ( /) fb- <br /> <br />'t?"1J- tJ' ~cmI~ <br /> <br /> <br />B.3 <br /> <br />FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Recipients must provide 50% or more cost-share in these agreements. Cost <br />contributions may be either direct or indirect, provided such costs are otherwise <br />allowable, allocable, and reasonable in accordance with the cost principals applicable to <br />the award. No profit or fee will be allowed to be charged to these projects. Allowable <br />costs which are absorbed by the participant as its share of costs may not have been <br />charged in the past to the Federal government under other contracts or financial <br />assistance agreements. Depreciation already accounted for may not be applied as a <br />cost contribution. Federal funding from other agencies may be used as a portion of the <br />Recipient's cost sharing only if permitted by the authorizing legislation of that funding <br />source. <br /> <br />11 <br />
