This Board has assisted the corn!munity on the <br />subject project and we will be available to assist on future project reviews ahd inspections. <br />I too understand that the County/Town will commence with the final pha~e of the levee <br />project in the spring, 1993. <br /> <br />The community's sub-surface flooding problem has a long history with p.o one element <br />being directly contributable to the problem.
