Required approval, clearance. and coordination have been accomplished from and witt <br />appropriate agencies. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Grant Number EMP-2000-GR-0071 the Federal Emergency Managemen <br />Agency approved grant monies for expenditure on floOdplain studies witl1in the S~te 0 <br />Colorado under the Cooperating Technical Community (CTC) initiative. <br /> <br />The Corps has agreed to assist the cwes by completing a Flood Insurance StUdV <br />revision for the City of (3reeley, Colorado, hereinafter refrerred to as STUDY. I <br /> <br />Now therefore I in consideration ot the mutual and dependent covenants conrainJ <br />herein, the parlies agree as follows: i <br />' . Cooperation of parties. The parties agree to cooperate on the STUDY subject to th~ <br />. availability of appropriations and in accordance with their respective authorities. ~' <br />2. STUDY performance. The Corps will hold meetings, perform field investigations <br />~ ~"..s1eJ complete engineering analyses. prepare maps, and submit a final report in accordance wi <br />c~ the Scope of Study attachea hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein. i <br />~ 3. Time of performance.. The project will begin upon execution of this agreement and b;' <br />completed before September 26. 200'.
