MEETINGS AND COORDINATION
Informal telephone conference calls and progress meetings between CWCB, Gunnison County, and Consultant
will be conducted as needed during the study, The Consultant Study Manager shall provide brief status report
memos on a monthly basis to the CWCB study Manager, Mr. Tom Browning, Any Study-related questions or
problems shall be directed to Mr, Browning at [phone] or tom,[e-mail],us, Consultant shall
prepare conversation and meeting summaries and shall distribute them to the CWCB and Gunnison County.

COMPLETION OF WORK

Schedule
The Consultant shall begin work within 14 calendar days of written notice to proceed from the CWCB project
manager. Consultant shall complete all study tasks within this scope of services and submit a draft report and
maps for review by CWCB within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Once the draft report has been
submitted, the CWCB shall review it and provide comments back to the Consultant. The Consultant shall
address the CWCB' s comments and submit the final report and maps within 21 calendar days of receipt of the
CWCB's review comments,

Report Format
Consultant shall produce a final report and maps to meet the minimum requirements for submittal to FEMA
(Consultant shall follow the latest version ofFEMA's "Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping
Partners") for review and possible inclusion as a future floodplain map revision, The report shall contain
necessary chapters and content to fully document the study elements and results. Digital Floodplain Maps shall
be produced to depict the floodway and 100-year flood hazard delineations. The report cover and layout shall be
approved by the CWCB, The hard copy reports shall be 8.5" by 11" comb-bound (or similar) with 11" by 17"
foldout floodplain maps, Completion of the work will include the acceptable performance of all tasks assigned
in the individual task orders and the delivery of final reports,

Consultant shall deliver final report text in Microsoft Word format. Digital maps, images, charts, and other non-
text items may be produced using available software at the discretion of the Consultant.

Deliverable Items
Consultant shall submit the following items for each study area:
1. 2 hard copies of draft report (black and white)
2, 4 hard copies of the final report with final floodplain maps
3, 2 CD's containing PDF files of final reports and maps in their entirety, plus final digital text, graphics and
maps in their original file format. GIS maps and project files shall be: included on each CD,
4, One hard copy of a bound Technical Addendum (8.5"xll" fomlat with index and cover approved by
CWCB),

The Consultant shall return all government-supplied information to the CWCB upon Study completion.
Consultant shall return all other borrowed information from various sources in a timely manner.
