Report writing to document and present the results of the study, <br /> <br />MEETINGS AND COORDINATION <br />Informal telephone conference calls and progress meetings between CWCB, Gunnison County, and Consultant <br />will be conducted as needed during the study, The Consultant Study Manager shall provide brief status report <br />memos on a monthly basis to the CWCB study Manager, Mr. Tom Browning, Any Study-related questions or <br />problems shall be directed to Mr, Browning at (303) 866-4804 or tom,browning@state.co,us, Consultant shall <br />prepare conversation and meeting summaries and shall distribute them to the CWCB and Gunnison County. <br /> <br />COMPLETION OF WORK <br /> <br />Schedule <br />The Consultant shall begin work within 14 calendar days of written notice to proceed from the CWCB project <br />manager. Consultant shall complete all study tasks within this scope of services and submit a draft report and <br />maps for review by CWCB within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Once the draft report has been <br />submitted, the CWCB shall review it and provide comments back to the Consultant. The Consultant shall <br />address the CWCB' s comments and submit the final report and maps within 21 calendar days of receipt of the <br />CWCB's review comments, <br /> <br />Report Format <br />Consultant shall produce a final report and maps to meet the minimum requirements for submittal to FEMA <br />(Consultant shall follow the latest version ofFEMA's "Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping <br />Partners") for review and possible inclusion as a future floodplain map revision, The report shall contain <br />necessary chapters and content to fully document the study elements and results. Digital Floodplain Maps shall <br />be produced to depict the floodway and 100-year flood hazard delineations. The report cover and layout shall be <br />approved by the CWCB, The hard copy reports shall be 8.5" by 11" comb-bound (or similar) with 11" by 17" <br />foldout floodplain maps, Completion of the work will include the acceptable performance of all tasks assigned <br />in the individual task orders and the delivery of final reports, <br /> <br />Consultant shall deliver final report text in Microsoft Word format. Digital maps, images, charts, and other non- <br />text items may be produced using available software at the discretion of the Consultant. <br /> <br />Deliverable Items <br />Consultant shall submit the following items for each study area: <br />1. 2 hard copies of draft report (black and white) <br />2, 4 hard copies of the final report with final floodplain maps <br />3, 2 CD's containing PDF files of final reports and maps in their entirety, plus final digital text, graphics and <br />maps in their original file format.
