However, later in the <br />meeting a quorum was declared present. <br />Approve Agenda <br />Michelle Pierce announced an addition to the Agenda would be a discussion on the presentation to <br />the IBCC on August 6. <br />Curtis Swift asked to announce that there would be a Water Conservation Workshop at the Mesa <br />County Fairgrounds on July 9 and 10. Curtis added that the City of Grand Junction would be <br />providing a free meal. <br />Approve June 4, 2007 Minutes <br />Frank Kugel mentioned that on page three of the minutes under the report from the IBCC <br />representatives, second paragraph, it alludes that Ken Knox was at the meeting but he was not, he <br />was at the Denver meeting. The bottom paragraph last line, June 19 was changed to July 19. <br />Hugh Sanburg made a motion to approve the minutes as amended. The motion was seconded by <br />Pete Kasper, and the motion carried unanimously. <br />2 <br />
