The asserted “crisis” is from a relatively sm all number of well owners who have not been <br />able to provide an adequate replacement pl an through Central GMS or Central WAS. <br />The majority of the South Platte well owners have been able to adjudicate effective plans <br />that provide for their well de pletions.
