Present river call on South Plat te Mainstem is Sterling 1888. <br />All FRICO/Henrylyn rights(1907, 1908, 1909, 1910, 1911, 1916) junior are curtailed. <br />Being curtailed on a surface water right is normal. [Table 2] <br />FRICO and Henrylyn are very water short systems. <br />5 <br />
