These data are the annual billed water usages for the corresponding billing categories and do not include
the Ridge Golf Course (which is billed through an alternative agreement). These data are not equivalent
to the well production data previously provided.

1.2 Projected Population and Water Use

Table 2 shows the number of homes and population estimates assuming 2.88 people
per home3. The residential sector is currently 97 percent built out, with 103 zoned
residential lots remaining. An additional 37 acres of commercial and 26 acres of parks
are to be developed. Buildout is expected to occur by about 2011.
