said notice was filed with the Division of Local Government
of the state of Colorado by said Clerk and Recorder on the
15th day of June, 1984.
Thereupon J. Patrick Maher was chosen to act as
temporary Chairman of the meeting and Cathy A. Johansen was
chosen to act as temporary Secretary of the meeting.
Thereupon J. Patrick Maher was nominated as
Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the
District, and on vote was unanimously elected.
Thereupon Jack A. Vickers, I I I was nominated as
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice President of
the District, and on vote was unanimously elected.
Thereupon Cathy A. Johansen was nominated as
Secretary of the Board and of the District, and on vote was
unanimously elected.
Thereupon Michael L. Brown was nominated as Trea-
surer of the Board and of the District, and on vote was
unanimously elected.
Thereupon the Board adopted as a seal for the
District the words "Castle Pines North Metropolitan District,
Douglas County, Colorado, II enclosed wi thin a circle sur-
rounding the word "Seal, II and the Secretary was directed to
order such a seal and a well bound book in which to record
the proceedings and minutes of all meetings of the Board,
