The Board of Directors of Castle pines North

Metropoli tan District, Douglas County, Colorado, held an

organizational meeting at the Community Information Center,

482 Happy Canyon Road, Castle Rock, Douglas County, Colorado,

on Friday, the 15th day of June, 1984, at the hour of

9:30 a.m.

The following members of the Board of Directors

were present, constituting a quorum:

Michael L. Brown
William B. Graham
Thomas Jones
J~ Patrick Maher
Jack A. Vickers, III

Absent: None

Robert L. Kirby informed the Board that a certified

copy of the Order and Decree establishing the District,

signed by the Court on the 11th day of June, 1984, had been

filed with the County Clerk and Recorder of Douglas County,

Colorado, as Document No. 329680, on the l5th day of June,

1984, and that Oaths of Office and Bonds of the Directors had

been signed and filed with the Court, as required by law.

The County Clerk and Recorder of Douglas County,

Colorado notified the County Assessor of said County of such

action on the 15th day of June, 1984, and a certified copy of
