Once the contract is <br />finalized you may request loan funds to cover eligible project expenditures. <br /> <br />c) You must adhere to the CWCB Desian and Construction Administration Procedures. <br />Tim Feehan will contact you regarding the CWCB requirements concerning project <br />bidding, design, and construction.
