<br />Water Supply Reserve Account - Grant Application Form <br />Form Revised April 2007 <br /> <br />November, 2008 <br /> <br />--List of Participants and their qualifications are on tile with CWCB from the $7,700 study grant <br />request approved in May, 2007. <br />**The construction contractor (not yet selected) will be a fully licensed contractor with substantial <br />experience with projects of this nature. <br />--A detailed budget by activity is in the PER associated with this project. <br />-- Tentative approval has been given by Rural Development for project funding as <br />follows: <br />$1,522,580 (74.9%) grant <br />$ 250,000 (12.3%) loan; 40 year--4.123% interest <br />$1,772,580 (87.2%) Rural Development funding <br />$ 260,000 (12.8%) requested from CWCB State Account <br />No other previously applied for or outstanding funding to support this project <br />A more detailed project schedule and/or detailed project budget than that contained in the PER will <br />be available upon selection of a project contractor in the Winter of 2006-2007. <br /> <br />6 <br />
