<br /> <br /> <br />Project Management/ Meetings <br />The purpose of this task is to provide the needed project management and correspondence to <br />s upport the energy needs assessment. As part of this task URS will provide a monthly <br />progress report to the fiscal sponsor, City of Grand Junction . This progress repo r t will also <br />be made available to the approving Basin Roundtables (Yampa/White/Green and Colorado) <br />and the Colorado Water Conservation Board. URS will also host four working sessions to <br />support the development of the various scenarios described above. URS anticipates these <br />working sessions to last at least 2 hours, no longer than ½ day and w ill vary depending upon <br />the specific topic of discussion. URS will also attend roundtable meetings to keep informed <br />of recent activities. U RS will update the Colorado a nd Yampa/White roundtables quarterly <br />during this assessment. In addition, URS will pr ovide project updates to the Energy Needs <br />Assessment Committee during the scheduled monthly meetings. <br /> <br />Report/Project Management/Meetings Deliverable s – 1) Final Project Report. 2) <br />Presentations to each roundtable (Total of 4) on project status. 3) Mon thly progress <br />reports. 4) 2 Working Sessions with each roundtable (Total of 4). 5) Attendance at <br />Yampa/White and Colorado River roundtables. URS will deliver all products, data and <br />information developed as a result of this project to CWCB in hard copy and electronic <br />format as part of the project documentation. URS understands that this information will <br />ultimately be made widely available to Basin Roundtables and the general public, helping to <br />promote the development of a common technical platform. <br />Sch edule <br />The anticipated schedule for the project is 18 months from the time of Notice - to - Proceed <br />(NTP) is given. The timeline for specific project deliverables is provided below in Table 2. <br />This schedule assumes a 14 working day review time for all draft de liverables submitted to <br />the City of Grand Junction. This schedule also assumes that the URS Team will incorporate <br />and finalize all draft deliverables within 14 working days of receiving comments. This <br />schedule is subject to change per availability of sta ff for meetings and time to review draft <br />deliverables. <br /> <br />Table 2.
