<br /> ARTICLE III - MEETINGS OF THE Membership <br /> <br /> SECTION 1 - Semi - annual Meetings . <br /> <br /> Regular semi - annual meetings of the Membership shall be held on the third Wednesday <br />of April and October of each year, commencing at 6:00 o’clock P.M. local time. The time, date, <br />and place of such regular meetings shall not be varied except by a majority vote of the Members. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2 - Special Meetings . <br /> <br /> A special meeting of the Membership may be held upon call of the Chairman or both <br />Vice Chairmans, and shall be called if requested by at least 5 Members. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3 - Plac e of Meetings . <br /> <br /> The principal office of the Roundtable shall be located as designated by the Membership <br />from time to time. All regular and special meetings of the Membership shall be held within the <br />Yampa - White Basin at such convenient locations as may b e selected by the Membership, or in <br />the absence of such selection by the Membership, by the Chairman. Such meetings shall, to the <br />extent feasible, be rotated among the counties within the Basin. Members may participate in <br />regular or special meetings by telephone conference call, subject to the other provisions of these <br />By - Laws. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4 - Notice of Meetings . <br /> <br />(a) Not less than three (3) and not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of any <br />regular or special meeting, the Secretary or Chairman s hall notify all Members of the <br />time, date, and place of such meeting, and (if a special meeting), the purpose for which it <br />is called. Such notice may be by writing delivered in person, by FAX machine, by <br />telephone, by the US mails, or by email communicati on. The notice shall be directed to <br />each Member at the address, FAX number, and/or email address which he or she has <br />provided to the Secretary. It is the Members’ responsibility to provide and revise their <br />address, FAX number, and email address to the S ecretary of the Roundtable as and when <br />changed. <br /> <br />(b) Where possible, notices of all meetings shall include or be accompanied by an <br />agenda stating the specific items of business expected to be considered. If a consent <br />agenda is to be utilized at the meet ing, a copy of the consent agenda shall be included <br />with the notice. <br /> <br />(c) Notice of all regular and special meetings also shall comply with the Open <br />Meetings Law. <br /> 6 <br />
