(8) Report of Each Standing or Special Committees; <br /> (9) Consideration/Action on Roundtable Projects; <br /> (10) Unfinished Business; <br /> (11) Public Hearings/Public Input and Comment; <br /> (12) New business; <br /> (13) Determination of Future Meetings; and <br /> (14) Adjournment <br /> <br /> SECTION 9 - Meeting Procedures . <br /> <br /> Regular and special Membership meetings shall be conducted generally in conformance <br />th <br />with Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, 10 Edition. Meeting procedures may be <br />modified by the Chairman as necessary to ensure the fair and efficient conduct of M embership <br />meetings. <br /> <br /> Each and every action of the Membership necessary for the governance and management <br />of the affairs of Roundtable, for the execution of the powers vested in Roundtable, and for <br />carrying into effect the provisions of the Water Conserv ancy Act, shall be taken by the passage <br />of motions or resolutions. <br /> <br /> Within a reasonable time after passage, all resolutions, motions and minutes of <br />Membership meetings shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose and shall be attested by <br /> <br />the Secretar y. Minutes of regular sessions shall be available for public review as soon as <br />practicable following acceptance of the minutes. Minutes of executive sessions shall be kept <br />separate from minutes of regular sessions as described in Section 9 of Article III of these Bylaws <br />and shall not be open to the public except as required by law. Proposed minutes shall be sent to <br />all Members by the Secretary at least 10 days prior to the next meeting of the Membership. <br /> <br /> One or more members of the Membership or of any committee designated by the <br />Membership may participate in a meeting of the Membership or committee by means of <br />conference telephone or similar tele - communications equipment by which all persons <br />participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same t ime. Such participation shall <br />constitute presence in person at the meeting. <br /> <br /> If the Members become deadlocked with respect to resolution of any matter which by <br />Colorado law or these Bylaws may be decided by a simple majority vote of Members, so that a n <br />equal number of Member votes are cast in favor of and in opposition to a proposition, then no <br />decision shall be deemed to have been made and such matter shall automatically be tabled to the <br />next regular or special meeting of the Membership. <br /> <br /> SECTION 10 - No Informal Action by Members . <br /> <br /> 8 <br />
