Dave Watson told me that you were placing Little Cottonwood on the agenda. Is that the
case?
June IS, 2007 Jeff Comstock Jeff Baessler The agenda is still being developed and will be posted on our web site on the Coordination,
27th of June. However, staffwill bring Willow Creek and Beaver Creek to the Board in Information \
July and ask them to form their intent to appropriate ISF rights on those streams. If you
will recall, we were going to put these two streams on the January 2007 agenda, but
wanted additional time to work with T Wright on Beaver Creek and with you and the
Land Board on Willow Creek. Weare currently finalizing our stipulation with T ;
Wright. Do you have any suggestions or proposed language that you feel would address
your concerns on Willow, Creek, or do you have any additional questions on this
stream? At this time, stafIis still evaluating future potential depletions from Wilderness
Ranch so that information can be provided to the Board for its decision making process.
The Division of Wildlife and CWCB staff had previously decided to wait until
January of200S to bring Little Cottonwood Creek back to the Board. My guess is that
there will be some type of modified recommendation on Little Cottonwood Creek based
on our water availability investigations over the Dast 1 + vears.
June IS, 2007 Jeff Comstock Jeff Baessler That is what I understood too. I just needed clarification that Cottonwood was not on the Coordination,
agenda. We'll likely get you some suggestions on Willow. The County is meeting Information
tomorrow discuss it.
