June 6, 2007 May 16,2007 Jeff Comstock Ed Winters, Bob Grubb, & Dave Watson, Kathy Bower Owen Williams Jeff Baessler Jeff Comstock Tom Gray Stopped by CWCB offices to let staff know that "Moffat County intends to protest and to attend the Board meeting to represent the county's interest which is to make certain the Willow Creek Ranch development can occur without having to supply water to meet an instream flow or to have CWCB protest their applic!ltions to appropriate, change a water right, etc." Staff responded by explaining Staff's role'in helping the board to make its statutory determinations. My next planned site investigation on Little Cottonwood and Willow Creeks will be on the morning of June 15,2007. Please let Dave, Ed & Bob know of my plans. I tentatively have that week penciled in for field work. I am also still coming up on the 14th and 15th of May to once again measure Willow Creek and Little Cottonwood Creek. I will also be meeting with Kathy Bower to discuss the ISF recommendation at that time. Since you can'tbe there, can anyone else from your appointed subcommittee attend and/or the president of the Wilderness Creek Ranch homeowners association? I am planning several trips so that I can make sure that I thoroughly understand and address any issues associated with Willow Creek prior to our July Board meeting which will be 4eld in Craig.
