It is also the Ruling of the Referee that in Case No. CA 967 power was decreed as a u:;e of <br />the Jackson Gulch Reservoir and the Jackson Gulch Inlet Canal. Therefore, the conditional water <br />right for power generation of 33 efs granted in Case No. 91CW58, described in Paragraph 5 abo'"e, is <br />unnecessary, and shall be considered abandoned. . <br /> <br />13. The Applicant shall comply with the orders (If the State or Division Engineer to install <br />necessary measuring devices, and shall keep records and make reports as reasonably requested by the <br />StClte or Division Engineer.
