Name of Structure: Jackson Reservoir - Power Diversion (Jackson Gulch Inlet Canal)

A. Location: The hcadgate of said canal is located on the West bank of the West
Mancos River, from which it derives its principal supply of water, whence the
Southwest Comcr of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 13 West, N.M.P.M.,
bears South 750 30' West 4020.00 feet, or at a point within two hundred (200)
yards thereof up or down stream.

C. Appropriation Date: December 31, 1990

D. Decreed Amounts and Use: 33 cfs, Conditional, for Non-consumptive use of
powcr generation for historic irrigation season March. 15 - October 31

CONCLUSIONS OF LA W

6. The Division Engineer is lawfully required to administer diversions under the Water Right
which is the subject of this Decree pursuant to Colorado law.

7. This Court has jurisdiction over these proceedings and over all persons and water rights
affected thereby, whether they have appeared or not.
