To be eligible for appointmatto <br />the AMWG. a person must (a) be qualifi~ through education, knowledge, or experience 10 give <br />intonned advice on.water supply, diversion and delivery facilities, and their operation aDd <br />management, or the enviroi1mental aspects of ~ch operation; and (b) have the capability to <br />constructively work.in a group setting toward a common objective of structuring amechaoism <br />for program implementation. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />\o.~:.l <br />! <br /> <br />Members of the AMWG will be appointed for a 4-yCM term. At the discretion of the Secretary, . <br />members may be reappointed to additional tc:mis. Vacancies occurring by reason of resigaatim, <br />_ death,. or failure to regularly attend meetings will be filled by the Secretary for the balance ~tbe <br />vacating member's teIm using the same method by which the original appointment was made. <br />The Secretary. may at her discretion, initiate a new term where the remaining term of the <br />vacancy is less than 2 years. Failure of an organization to be represented at two consecutiw <br />meetings will substantiate grounds for dismissal.
