With <br /> <br />an average delivery of 7.5 maf, only 1.5 maf annually would need <br /> <br />to be produc~d by the Lower Basin of the Colorado River system <br /> <br />to provide a total of 9 maf annually for Lower Basin beneficial <br /> <br />-9- <br />
