It is our understanding that at least some of these contracts will <br />allow historic practices to continue. Furthermore, it is our understanding that carrying non-project <br />water through Mancos Project facilities generally improves water use efficiency within the Mancos <br />River Basin. Therefore, we support making the DEA final and entering into the carriage contracts <br />described therein.
