<br />CWCB Water Conservation Planning Grant Application <br /> <br />City of Rifle <br /> <br />h. Task 07: Produce Conservation Plan Document and Solicit Public Input <br />[Task responsibility: 25% City staff /75% Consultant] <br />Under this task, a draft Water Conservation Plan report will be produced. The <br />City will advertise and host an open-house to present the draft document, post the <br />draft document on the City's website, and public comments will be re(:eived for a <br />60-day period. The project team will consider the comments and finalize the <br />document prior to submission to CWCB. <br /> <br />1. Task 08: Proiect Management <br />[Task responsibility: 30% City staff / 70% Consultant] <br />This project will involve coordination between City staff, its consultant team, and <br />CWCB. The consultant team will be providing regular email progress updates to <br />City staff and written progress reports to CWCB at the 50% and 95% completion <br />marks. Monthly project progress meetings will be organized by the: consultant <br />and held at City Hall. It will also be managing its budget portion and invoicing <br />to the City. City staff will be participating in meetings, reviewing and <br />commenting on project progress updates and managing disbursements to the <br />Consultant and receipt of grant monies. <br /> <br />A preliminary schedule for Tasks 01 through 08, also showing dates for progress reports <br />and final plan submission to CWCB is included in Attachment A. Actual dates for task <br />completion and status report milestones will change based on project start date, which is <br />a function of grant release timing. <br /> <br />2.7 Water Conservation Plan Development Project Budget <br /> <br />Table 7 shows the task-by-task budget with consultant team costs and City in-kind <br />contributions. The bottom of the table also shows the anticipated funding source <br />breakdown.
