Colorado Spring's population is 370,448 out ora <br />total EI Paso County population of 550,478 (U.S, Census Bureau, "Factfinder" website). <br />Colorado Springs is the county seat. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Jamestown is located approximately 18 miles northwest of downtown Boulder (see <br />Figure 1.3). According to the 2003 Census Estimate, Jamestown's population is 198 out <br />ora total Boulder County population of278,231 (U.S. Census Bureau. "Factfinder" <br />website). The City of Boulder is the county seat. <br /> <br />The City of Colorado Springs lies within the Fountain Creek watershed along with <br />several other towns and cities including Black Forest and Fountain (see Figure 1.4). The <br />Fountain Creek watershed spans four different counties including EI Paso, Pueblo, <br />Douglas, and Teller County. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Jamestown lies within the 51. Vrain watershed along with several other towns and cities <br />including Boulder and Longmont (see Figure 1.5). The 51.
