A technical memorandum descnbing the physical and operational aspects of the <br />recommended plan will be prepared for use by the project team and TSC mem- <br />bers. <br /> <br />TASK 6.B--HYDROELECTRIC POTENTIAL <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />This task will identify the potential for developing hydroelectric power in conjunction <br />with other plan elements in the recommended plan. <br /> <br />. Responsibility <br /> <br />CH2M HILL will be responsible for this task. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />The study team will undertake the following activities: <br /> <br />1. Evaluate the hydroelectric potential from the recommended plan elements of <br />reservoir releases to meet other identified water needs. It will be assumed that <br />water releases for power production would be subordinated to other identified <br />water deliveries. <br /> <br />2.
