Review findings of recent reports including Sediment Transport Studies of the <br />Little Snake, Yampa and Green River Systems, and discuss with Resources Con- <br />sultants, Inc., and other lmowledgeable investigators to establish sediment trans- <br />port needs in the study area. <br /> <br />2. Identify a hydrologic regime suitable for planning purposes. <br /> <br />Product <br /> <br />The study team will produce the following: <br /> <br />1. A flow recommendation for planning criteria that should be satisfied in the criti- <br />cal habitat area will be identified. <br /> <br />TASK 3.D--IDEl\TIFY COMPACT CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />The purpose of this task is to incorporate the Colorado River Compact as it may affect <br />the supply and operation of a water stOrage project in the study area imo the planning <br />process. <br /> <br />Responsibility <br /> <br />LRC\VE will be responsible for this task. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />The project team will undertake the following activities: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Discuss the Colorado River Compact of 1922 and the Upper Colorado River <br />Basin Compact of 1948 with representatives of the Colorado Water Conserva- <br />tion Board.
