A baseline description of the physical resources in the study area. <br /> <br />2. A project library of reports, maps and/or data pertinent to the study. <br /> <br />TASK 1.B--PLANNING FRAMEWORK <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />The purpose of this task is to introduce the planning framework that will be followed in <br />this study effort to the TSC and PAG. A joint meeting between the study team and <br />the TSC will be held to review planning protocols, goals and objectives of the individual <br />and collective groups and to discuss how those various perspectives will be incorporated <br />into the decisionmaking process. A meeting will be held with the P AG to describe the <br />planning framework and to solicit any perspectives they have on water demands and <br />reservoir sites that should be considered in the planning process. <br /> <br />Responsibility <br /> <br />CH2M HILL will be responsible for this effon. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />The study team will complete the following activities: <br /> <br />1. Facilitate one kickoff meeting to discuss the described issues with the P AG. <br /> <br />2. Prepare a planning document that will outline the conduct of the study effort, <br />descnbe the objectives of the individual groups and outline how the decision- <br />making process will be conducted.
