Committees <br />10 At - La rge Members <br /> (appointed by the designated members in consultation with the Director of <br />Compact Negotiations) <br />One representing agricultural interests <br />One representing recreational interests <br />One representing local, domestic water providers <br />One representin g industrial interests <br />One representing environmental interests – Selected from eligible candidates representing established <br />Colorado environmental organizations <br />At least 5 of the 10 at - large roundtable members must own water rights or have a contract fo r federal <br />water <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />The CWCB member from the basin serves as the liaison between the roundtable and the CWCB. <br />Non - Voting Members <br />(appointed by the full roundtable membership) <br />Non - voting members who must own water rights or have a contract for federal water to represent out - <br />of - basin water interests within the roundtable’s boundaries, or representatives that have interests in <br />and are knowledgeable about water matters. <br />Agency Liaisons <br />Agency liaisons provide technical assist ance to the roundtable and facilitate communication between <br />the roundtable and their agency.
