These Basin Roundtables facilitate discussions on water management issues and
enc ourage locally driven collaborative solutions. The broad - based, collaborative nature
of this process is reflected in the roundtable membership. The roundtables are made up
of a set of designated members, 10 at - large members, non - voting members, agency
li aisons, and the CWCB board member from that basin (see Figure below ).
