Section 2: Meetings <br /> <br />2.1 Basin Roundtables and Sub - Committees <br />Each roundtable has the authority to set their own meeting schedule, time, location, and <br />agenda as well as establish relevant sub - committees. In FY07 - 08 we will work <br />with the Basin Roundtables to balance their workload and meeting schedule, and will <br />encourage them to move towards bi - monthly or quarterly meetings. <br /> <br />2.2 IBCC and Work Groups <br />The Director of Compact Negotiations is the Chair of the IBCC and sets the meeting <br />sc hedules, location, and agendas. In FY07 - 08 , the IBCC will have meetings <br />approximately every 6 weeks , and of no more than a day in duration. Meetings will be <br />held in Denver as long as the legislature is in session.
