<br />? <br /> <br />Ms. Tate will serve as co - facilitator for the four eight hour meetings of the Interbasin <br />Compact Commission. <br /> <br />To support the facilitation process, t he DNR will: <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Designate a specific contact person who will be the liaison with CDR staff for <br />meeting planning and coordination activities . <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Handle all logistics for the meetings: Meeting notification, fac ility arrangements, <br />refreshments, and dissemination of relevant documents prior to meetings. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Review and disseminate all meeting notes and relevant documents generated by the <br />Interbasin Compact Committee to meeting participants, to members of other Basin <br />R oundtables and to any other concerned parties. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Compensate facilitators for their services according the attached budget. <br /> <br />Budget <br /> <br />It is projected that the IBCC will use CDR primarily for facilitation of decision making <br />meetings rather than information exc hange meetings. It is anticipated that there will be <br />four such meetings during FY07 - 08.
