<br />Further Discussion to reach consensus on Strategy & Schedule <br />The group had further discussion regarding strategy and schedule: <br /> <br />· Will Eric be attending all of the roundtable meetings to explain the process? Eric said <br />that there will be wide distribution of the meeting summary, power point, strategy <br />document and schedule. In addition, Eric said that he will communicating with the <br />Roundtable Chairs and will look at the best way to staff meetings and facilitate <br />communication. <br />· There was a lengthy discussion regarding communication with the public outside of <br />the Roundtables. Eric stated that the media could be used for outreach and that the <br />web site for the Interbasin Compact Process will be revised soon. <br />· There needs to be interaction between nonconsumptive and consumptive needs <br />assessments. <br />· The group agreed that the process that was presented today will be useful to the <br />roundtables. <br />· The group agreed to meet again in late July or mid August after discussion with the <br />Roundtables about the process. <br />
