Thank you Madame Chair. There was a question earlier about the
latest fiscal note. Can you tell us what's going to happen with that?

Representative Tania maybe - were you addressing your question
to me or to Representative Tania.

Well, Madame Chair, in the past we have asked for a latest report
on a fiscal note on other bills and I just want to follow that
tradition that we make sure that we have the latest numbers
affecting any bill.

Representative Penry

As I told Representative Curry, I don't think that the amendment
will change the expense associated with it because the same groups
are still gonna meet and they're still gonna work, and so, I can't
envision, I'm trying to think through scenarios where it might
affect the bottom line. I don't' know if somebody from the - if you
want somebody from the Department to speak to that issue, I don't
think that it probably will affect it.

Thank you Madame Chair. Representative Diago I think that the
bills that we were referring to then were not going to go to the
Appropriations Committee. This will be going to Appropriations
and it will get a new fiscal note as well as the scmtiny from staff.
So I feel confident that this is the appropriate place to send this
one. If it were going to the floor then I'd share that concern with
you.
