Hoppy:

amendment L005 is hereby adopted as amended. We have one
more or did we already do 013. I think we're done. Are there any
other amendments to this bill? Seeing none, the amendment phase
is over. Thank you everyone for that.

We need to take final action, and the proper motion for this bill is
to the Committee on appropriations.

Madame Chair I would move House Bill 1177 to the Committee
on appropriations.

Is there a second? Quick. Okay we have a motion and a second.
Discussion. Representative Diago.

Thank you Madame Chair. There was a question earlier about the
latest fiscal note. Can you tell us what's going to happen with that?

Representative Tania maybe - were you addressing your question
to me or to Representative Tania.

Well, Madame Chair, in the past we have asked for a latest report
on a fiscal note on other bills and I just want to follow that
tradition that we make sure that we have the latest numbers
affecting any bill.

Representative Penry

As I told Representative Curry, I don't think that the amendment
will change the expense associated with it because the same groups
are still gonna meet and they're still gonna work, and so, I can't
envision, I'm trying to think through scenarios where it might
affect the bottom line. I don't' know if somebody from the - if you
want somebody from the Department to speak to that issue, I don't
think that it probably will affect it.

Representative Hoppy

Thank you Madame Chair. Representative Diago I think that the
bills that we were referring to then were not going to go to the
Appropriations Committee. This will be going to Appropriations
and it will get a new fiscal note as well as the scmtiny from staff.
So I feel confident that this is the appropriate place to send this
one. If it were going to the floor then I'd share that concern with
you.

Madame Chair: Go ahead Representative Diago.

www.escriptionist.com Page 15 of 19
