It'll be a - for the first time - a continuous statewide
discussion and sharing of discussions. So, that's all I can say.

Continue Senator?

If! may note, Mr. Speaker, the way I look at it you're going to
have participators. You've got a problem because, you know, one
section here says, "If no one qualifies, you can select somebody
from out of the basin." So, you know, if we opt out and another
basin selects somebody to represent our basin, you know, if
wouldn't work. gotta be in it or else you're in trouble.
Almost, you're going to have to stay in or else.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but no other basin can speak
on behalf of anybody in another basin.

That's one of the amendments, "If no one qualifies or selected, you
can select somebody from outside the basin to represent you."
That's what I have mixed notions about.

Okay, thank you, Mr. Chairman. A lot this
needs to evolve along with what the local communities intend to
do. There are, there are, the leadership roles are two, set forth in
here, or perhaps three. There is a director of compact negotiations
established in the bill, appointed by the governor. That person is
designed - is expected to provide the organizational leadership; but,
as I say, it is essentially within the Department of Natural
Resources.

We haven't tired to create it specifically as a section with
employees or any of that. If this works, in time that might need to

www.escriptionist.com
