<br />4-14 Senate Committee <br />Interviewer, Interviewee <br /> <br />Page 27 of 37 <br /> <br />We've been in the last few years, I've been working on it more <br />closely with the farm bureau and other industrial water rights <br />holders and on issues of water quality and supply issues, it's been a <br />learning experience for myself and the league through out. This <br />continues that process and we are in strong support of it and if <br />House Bill 1 177 should pass, we'll be out there through our <br />publications we're not recmiting municipalities urging them to <br />participate in the process so that they could be part of a solution, <br />what ever they may be. <br /> <br />And that's all I have, I did want to take the opportunity and inform <br />you about the committee because unfortunately it means that in <br />future legislative sessions I may be in this committee more times <br />than just once or twice a year. <br /> <br />Chairman: Thank you Mr. Bommer, you are going to have to buy some boots. <br /> <br />Kevill Bommer: I think so. <br /> <br />Chairman: Any questions for Kevin. <br /> <br />Kevin Bommer: And a bowtie. <br /> <br />Chairman: And a bowtie <br /> <br />Kevill Bommer: Got the boots. <br /> <br />Chairman: OK. <br /> <br />Kevill Bommer: I'll have to work on it. <br /> <br />Chairman: Senators Isgar and Senator Entz both have some extra bowties. <br /> <br />Kevill Bommer: Undoubtedly. <br /> <br />Chairman: And I can certainly give you a bowtie if you want one. <br /> <br />Kevin Bommer: That's OK. <br /> <br />Chairman: Thank you Mr. Bommer, we appreciate your testimony.
