Finally, I think, Senator Tomin, the word "agent" is probably a
good one because an employee is also an agent, and if you have an
employee that the municipality or of a reservoir
company, someone who has superior knowledge that might be very
helpful on the round table, you want to be able to appoint them,
even though they don't necessarily own the water rights. The water
rights, for example, are in the city and county of Denver.

So all things considered, we think this is an intriguing idea. I
suspect that there will be, as there have been in some other
legislations, the need to come back and revisit it, maybe do a little
tweaking, but I think we're all willing to try this and re-thank the
DNR and the legislators who have helped us get it this far. So

Sara DlIncan: No, it wasn't unanimous, but it was the two thirds that was needed,
and I'm sorry I don't remember.

Senator Elltz: What's Denver Water Board's position on this?

Sara DlIncan: They support this still, they Tip testify that he supported it in
concept, and now that these amendments have been made and it's
beginning to be clear how it might work, the board supports it still.

26 referring to must be reservoir in the basin, I don't see that in
here.

Sara DlIllcall: Oh, no. It's amendment 26 I think you have, that was the
environmental amendment that said that it wanted to give a list of
national, state, and local environmentalists that might be appointed
by the round table, and I just wanted to make clear that we have no
opposition so long as they, as other members of the round table,
must be residents within the round table, within that basin.
