<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />AYRES <br /> <br />We recognize that, to date, his work has been completed without cost to the project as <br />an unfunded specialty consultant with a cooperating federal entity and that his work is <br />part of ongoing paleohydrologic research. <br /> <br />Dawn Gladwell, P.E. <br />Ms. Gladwell, a Colorado professional Engineer with 7 years of experience, will assist <br />Mr. Laiho with hydrologic studies. She is the project engineer on the Garnet Mesa <br />Dam Hydrologic Study and worked on the earlier hydrologic study for South Boulder <br />Creek while with another consulting firm. Availability - 70 percent. <br /> <br />Bill Spitz, P.G. <br />As noted above will conduct a geomorphic and stream stability assessment in support <br />of Task 3 Watershed Hydrology. <br /> <br />TASK 4: FLOODPLAIN HYDRAULIC MODELING TEAM <br /> <br />Lyle Zevenbergen, Ph.D., P.E. - Task Leader <br />Dr. Zevenbergen will lead the 2-dimensional floodplain hydraulic modeling effort. He is <br />a Colorado registered professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in <br />hydraulic engineering. Dr. Zevenbergen is a nationally recognized expert in 2- <br />dimensional flow modeling and has worked for numerous federal, state, and local <br />clients on projects that include river studies, hydraulic structure design, river <br />restoration, habitat analysis, river bridge design, and tidal waterway bridge design. As <br />a highly competent speaker and instructor for several Federal Highway Administration <br />hydraulics courses, Dr. Zevenbergen will be valuable for his offerings in the Public <br />Involvement Task. Availability - 25 percent. <br /> <br />John Hunt, P.E., CFM <br />Mr. Hunt will assist with the floodplain hydraulics and the risk assessment efforts. He <br />is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and a Certified Floodplain Manager <br />with substantial experience in channel and floodplain hydraulics. He has extensive <br />experience in 2-dimensional hydraulic modeling and has led teams in the hydraulic <br />analysis of hundreds of bridges and culverts in the United States and overseas. He <br />currently serves as the secretary of the Colorado Association of Stormwater and <br />Floodplain Managers (CASFM) and as a member of the CASFM scholarship <br />committee. Availability - 30 percent. <br /> <br />Morgan Vaughn, E.I. <br />Ms. Vaughn, a California registered engineering intern, is skilled in 2-dimensional <br />hydraulic modeling with project experience using FLO-2D and RMA-2. Availability - 70 <br />percent. <br /> <br />William deRosset, E.I. <br />Mr. deRosset is a Colorado registered engineering intern with extensive experience in <br />2-dimensional hydraulic modeling. Availability - 70 percent. <br /> <br />Brian K. Varrella, E.I. <br />Mr. Varrella is also a Colorado registered engineering intern with extensive experience <br />in 2-dimensional hydraulic modeling.
