He is the owner and president of David <br />Ford Consulting Engineers, Inc. and is an internationally recognized expert in <br />hydrologic and environmental engineering and water resources planning and <br />management. He has provided risk assessment to numerous clients nationwide and <br />is adept at technology transfer. He will also provide support to the Public Involvement <br />Task. <br /> <br />John Hunt, P.E. <br />As mentioned above, Mr. Hunt will assist the Risk Assessment team, calling upon his <br />experience in floodplain management. <br /> <br />Dudley McFadden, P,E. <br />Mr. McFadden is a hydrologic engineer with David Ford Consulting Engineers. He <br />holds a California professional engineer license and has extensive experience with <br />real-time flood inundation mapping. <br /> <br />Nathan Pingel, P.E. <br />Mr. Pingel is a hydrologic engineer with David Ford Consulting Engineers. He holds a <br />California professional engineer license and has experience with flood warning <br />systems, risk-based interior-drainage flood-reduction studies, rainfall-runoff modeling, <br />and floodplain mapping. <br /> <br />Max Barry <br />Mr. Barry is a computer system analyst with David Ford Consulting Engineers. He is a <br />specialist in computer applications for hydrologic engineering analysis. He will provide <br />program design support for the risk assessment. <br /> <br />TASK 6: PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT TEAM <br /> <br />Diana Royce Smith - Task Leader <br />Ms. Smith is the president and CEO of Royce Arbour, Inc. She will provide leadership <br />for the Public Involvement Task. <br /> <br />Task Leaders <br />As noted above, Leaders in Resource Atlas, Watershed Hydrology, Floodplain <br />Hydraulic Modeling, and Risk Assessment will support the Ms. Smith's efforts for the <br />Public Involvement Task. <br /> <br />OPTIONAL TASK 7: MAPPING TEAM <br /> <br />Kirk Contrucci - Task Leader <br />Mr. Contrucci will lead the mapping team. He is the manager of Ayres Associates' <br />photogrammetry division and has extensive experience in photog ram metric mapping <br />particularly on projects related to water resource analysis.
