And my biggest concern <br /> <br />was the fact that when we set up 1177, the roundtables, I was <br /> <br />concerned about the fact that they would supersede CWCB, <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board issues. And speaking with <br /> <br />Speaker George, he assured me that they weren't going to do <br /> <br />this. <br /> <br />And I think it's a good idea to let the roundtables <br /> <br />recommend to the CWCB on projects because they may overlook some <br /> <br />of those. And I think it's only right for them to have the <br /> <br />opportunity to do that. But then, let the CWCB go ahead and <br /> <br />fund the project and go from there.
