Please state your name <br />for the record and who you're representing. <br />Ms. Melinda Kassen: <br />My name is Melinda Kassen and I <br />repr esent Trout Unlimited. And I'm so sorry to be here in <br />opposition to Chairman Isgar's bill. <br />However, the CWCB -- I think there's a -- first of all, to the <br />extent that there is a problem to solve, I think that there is <br />another way to solve it. <br />And secondly, t here's a whole lot of needs that I think are <br />associated with the adverse effects of -- that the mineral <br />extraction, which leads to the severance fund, causes that would <br />have -- that could be dealt with that would have beneficial <br />effects to the water supply of Colorado. <br />So, I want to talk about both of those things. <br />- 5 - <br /> <br />
